Screen Printing

Screen Printing is one of the most popular and durable ways to get your design onto a garment. It works by pushing ink through a fine mesh screen that’s been set up with your artwork. We coat the screen with a special UV emulsion, then place your design over it and expose it to UV light. This creates a stencil that lets the ink pass through only where your design sits.

Direct to Film and Transfer

Direct to Film (DTF) is a modern print method where your design is digitally printed onto a sheet of film, backed with a special adhesive. When heat-pressed onto the garment, the adhesive melts and bonds the ink directly to the fabric—leaving just your design behind once the film is peeled away.

STUBBY & STICKERS

Stickers

Our stickers are digitally printed on high-quality vinyl, making them perfect for both indoor and outdoor use. Each one is finished with a UV-protective coating to help them last longer without fading. Choose from matte or gloss finishes, custom shapes (die-cut), and complete cut-out options with backing for easy application to any surface.

Stubby Coolers

Custom coolers? Say less.
We use a method called sublimation to print full-colour designs onto high-quality neoprene; the same stuff wetsuits are made from. Your design is first printed onto special paper, then heat-pressed onto the fabric. That means no peeling, no fading, just vibrant, long-lasting prints. Each cooler is overlocked and stitched for extra strength, with hand-glued bases for a clean, durable finish. Perfect for events, promos, gifts, or just looking good while keeping your drink cold.

GRAPHIC DESIGN

To get the cleanest and sharpest results with screen printing, we need a vector-based PDF of your design. If you already have a design but it’s not in the right format, we can help convert your artwork into a print-ready vector file making sure it’s sharp, clean, and ready to go for screen printing.

If you’re after a fresh design, logo or graphic we’ve got you covered. Our in-house design team offers a range of graphic art packages to suit different needs. We’ll work closely with you to create a unique, one-of-a-kind design that captures the feel of your brand and brings your vision to life.

Below are the three package options we offer:

Vectorizing – Existing Logo

This is for those who already have a design/logo but it needs a little tidy up.

Entry Package – Single Design

Perfect for simpler jobs, this package includes a custom single-colour design tailored to your needs.

Supreme Package – Detailed or Multi-Colour Design

Ideal for more complex work, this package includes a high-detail, custom design using up to 3 to 6 colours.

WorkWear

We’re here to give you something a little more than the old high-vis and workwear polos. Our workwear goes beyond the basics, we blend function with street style, creating gear that looks just as good off the clock as it does on the job. Whether you’re on-site, in the workshop, or heading to the pub after knock-off, we’ll help you create custom workwear that represents your brand and feels good to wear. If you’re after something that works hard and looks sharp, you’re in the right place.

DIRECT TO
FILM

Direct to Film (DTF) is a modern print method where your design is digitally printed onto a sheet of film, backed with a special adhesive. When heat-pressed onto the garment, the adhesive melts and bonds the ink directly to the fabric—leaving just your design behind once the film is peeled away.

What we love about DTF:

  • It’s perfect for full-colour or gradient-heavy designs, especially in smaller quantities.

  • It works on a wide range of materials and has a softer feel compared to traditional vinyl transfers.

A quick heads-up:

  • Colours and textures may look a little different to screen printing but for multicoloured, small runs and detailed designs on all kinds of garments, DTF is a solid choice.

VINYL
TRANSFERS

Similar to Direct to Film, Vinyl Transfers are applied using heat, but they offer a slightly different finish. Your artwork is digitally printed onto vinyl, cut to shape, and then heat-pressed onto the garment. The result is a bold, vibrant design with crisp edges that works especially well on polyester fabrics.

What we love about Vinyl Transfers:

  • Bright, vibrant colours

  • Perfect for multi-colour or gradient designs

  • Ideal for polyester and performance wear

Things to consider:

  • Has a slightly thicker feel compared to other methods

EMBROIDERY

Embroidery is a classic and professional way to decorate garments using coloured thread. These days, we use modern embroidery machines that stitch your design with precision using digitised artwork.

It’s perfect for logos, bold text, and monograms. Embroidery gives a high-quality, long-lasting finish that adds a premium touch to any garment.

Things we love about embroidery:

  • Premium Look & Feel

  • Embroidery adds a clean, professional, high-end finish to your garments.

  • Durable & Long-Lasting

  • Thread doesn’t fade, crack or peel: great for workwear and items that get heavy use

  • Great for Structured Garments

  • Ideal for caps, polos, jackets, and thicker materials where prints might not sit as well.

  • Lower Minimum Order

  • Unlike screen printing, embroidery can be cost-effective even for smaller runs.

Things to think about with Embroidery:

  • Not Ideal for Fine Detail

  • Small text or intricate designs may lose clarity when stitched.

  • Not Suitable for All Fabrics

  • Lightweight or stretchy garments can pucker or distort with heavy stitching.

  • Limited Print Area

  • Embroidery works best in smaller zones (e.g. chest, sleeve, cap front) large-scale designs aren’t ideal for this decoration method.

SCREEN
PRINTING

Screen Printing is one of the most popular and durable ways to get your design onto a garment. It works by pushing ink through a fine mesh screen that’s been set up with your artwork. We coat the screen with a special UV emulsion, then place your design over it and expose it to UV light. This creates a stencil that lets the ink pass through only where your design sits.

Each colour in your design gets its own screen. We carefully line each one up so all the screens register correctly. Once printed, the garments go through a dryer where the ink is cured at extremely high temperatures. Always ensuring washing instructions are followed to allow longevity of the print.

If you’re after something with a bit more texture, Puff Screen Printing might be for you. It follows a similar process, but with an extra screen that we add a special puff base that expands when heated, giving your print a unique raised, 3D effect.

Things we love about screen printing:

  • Bold, Vibrant Colours

  • Screen printing produces rich, solid colours that really pops, especially on darker fabrics with a base screen

  • Durable and Long-Lasting

  • Once cured, screen print ink is built to last.

  • Great for Bulk Orders

  • The more you print, the more cost-effective it becomes. Perfect for uniforms, event tees, or brand/company merch.

  • Versatile Placement

  • We can print on a wide range of garments and locations: chest, back, sleeves, legs, totes, and more.

  • Specialty Inks Available

  • Want puff, metallic, florescent or textured effects? Screen printing gives you creative options.

Things to consider with Screenprinting:

  • Not ideal for Small Runs

  • Each colour needs its own screen, when printing multicolour designs setup can take some time, it’s not the most economical option for small orders.

  • Limited Colour Blending

  • Photographic images or designs with subtle gradients aren’t always suited to screen printing, Direct to Film or transfers might be better for that.

  • Different Material Garments

  • Some garments, like (not all) nylons, poly, ribbed, waterproof or stretchy fabrics, aren’t ideal for screen printing because the ink doesn’t bond well or the material can’t handle the heat used to cure the print. But don’t worry, we’ll always guide you toward the best print option for your garment to make sure it looks great and lasts!
